This Maa'moul Mudd is absolutely delicious. Served fresh at Ashta Laziza it's a nice alternative to anyone that it is a fan of knafeh. The top layer is maa'moul (walnuts) with pistachio and an ashta (or kashta) filling (the white cream). The ashta is made daily by a family owned business that provides ashta to many of the Lebanese sweet shops, cafes and restaurants in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Definitely worth having.
